You need to enter your coupon code in the correct field at the cart page. Please make sure that no additional spaces are added when you paste your code.
Coupon codes are valid for a custom period and it depend with offers launched in that period.
Coupon code is applicable only on product price, and on shipping charges not on custom fees.
